With demand at an all-time high, we are unable to offer refunds on deposits, as each booking reserves your chosen date and time exclusively.

The good news is that your deposit can be applied to a new date within 4 months of your original booking, giving you flexibility if your plans change.

Question Can I take the balloons home after the event?
AnswerYou’re welcome to keep the balloons after your event, except for any rented props or stands.
Question Tips for lasting air-filled balloons?
AnswerAvoid sun and heat—especially for darker colors. Indoor displays last longest; outdoor longevity isn’t guaranteed.
Question Does my booking include balloon teardown?
AnswerTeardown is not included in standard bookings unless specifically requested or if you’ve rented props
